SO, I got a bit stuck today, and after a few hours of pondering I decided to get out the sketch pad and start designing this quilt. Four hours of drawing later and I have a rough idea for what to do next. I don’t usually resort to paper unless I get really stuck as I like to surprise myself. Strange, I know lol.
For your daily dose of quilting madness!

Right! So one centre done, now to start on the next one. The best of it is , is that I don’t plan my designs at all. I cut shapes and then let them guide me. I have no idea what this will look like when completed, this makes it so exciting! I love seeing the patterns develop. 😍
So I got up this morning full of determination to scrub our home top to bottom and finish the first star in my ‘fun and funky’ project. Let’s see how far I get shall we, lol.
I havnt managed any house work as yet, but the star is taking shape!
As per my nine year old aspie’s request,’ the brighter the better’. A huge challenge for my newest project and my seventh patchwork quilt to date!
